Tracey Sanders
Tracey has spent more than 30 years building businesses, creating systems, and turning opportunities into scalable companies.
In 2010, she founded Lavender Mobile Spa, pioneering the first mobile spa model in Detroit. What began as a single-location business, grew into a five-city operation across three states, supported by teams, systems, partnerships, and processes designed for sustainable growth.
Today, Tracey is also a co-owner of Revive Studio Suites in Houston, a wellness business hub for beauty and wellness professionals.
Through APEX, Tracey is taking the lessons she has learned through decades of entrepreneurship—both the wins and the mistakes—and helping established business owners build companies that can grow beyond the owner.
